This is going to be a short but very important post.
I stated in an earlier post that every successful person I have ever known or studied has been a person of action.
I also think every one of them had the belief that their efforts would be rewarded. If the reward would not be monetary, it would be in knowledge. That knowledge could be applied the next time to gain a monetary reward and/or more knowledge and that knowledge would be applied the next time.
See the pattern?
- plan
- make an effort
- observe the result
- analyze and study to learn
- revise the plan
- make a more strategic effort
- observe a better result
- analysis+study=learning
- revise the plan
- more strategic effort
- better result
- analysis+study=learning
… and so on.
This constant and repeated feedback loop is what makes the great majority of successful persons successful. They act, they make mistakes from which they learn… and they act again.
To your success…
Tom
